Waldy hold his title as a Partner at Simanjuntak and Partners Law Office. Waldy mostly focuses on general litigation matters. Waldy gained extensive knowledge and skill in many legal sectors from his previous experiences. Before joining Simanjuntak and Partners Law Office, he resolved various litigation, civil and criminal cases. Clients from various type of business rely on him to handle their legal matters. Aside from providing legal service, Waldy also acts as Industrial Relation
Practitioner. Waldy having an extensive court and trail practice in the Indonesian courts and have tried cases include litigation issues of contractual and commercial disputes. Waldy handles litigation and trail practice matters including civil appeals, commercial and business litigation, contract disputes, employment law claims, partnership and corporate dissolutions, real estate litigation, and other commercial and civil law disputes. Waldy represents a wide variety of clients in matters involving criminal law matters, civil and commercial litigation. He also has significant experience representing clients in a matter of criminal disputes, able to provide informative matters and product liability actions.
